Our Story
Madison Mechanical HVAC was formed in 2018 by the father and son combination of Jay and Michael Madison. After several years of working in the industry for other businesses, Jay and Michael decided to start their own path as entrepreneurs. In doing so, they have built a successful small business that has grown each and every year. With deep community roots, Madison Mechanical takes great pride in keeping our customers satisfied, as well as being able to give back at every opportunity.
Meet the Team
Michael Madison
Being born and raised in Bowling Green, Michael knows the community inside and out. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Michael aspired to eventually own a business and set forth to make that happen. Being one that enjoys spending time with family, it made it even better to start Madison Mechanical HVAC with his father, Jay. Outside of work, Michael enjoys working on projects at his house, having a good time with his dogs, and hitting the rock trails with his Samurai.
Jay Madison
A passionate father of two sons, and an even more passionate grandfather of two beautiful girls, Jay lives his life with a dedication to his family and supporting several charitable organizations that assist animals, veterans, cancer awareness and many others. During downtime, Jay can be seen rock climbing in his Jeep, helping out in the community, and, quite often, getting bossed around by his granddaughters.
Stephanie Madison
Owning a business is tough, but being the wife and mother of the two business owners may be tougher. Stephanie loves supporting Michael and Jay and keeps everything running smoothly. She is very passionate about her family, which has always been her number one priority. When Stephanie is not handling business matters, she is running around with her granddaughters, reading an awfully long romantic novel, or enjoying the great outdoors, especially the beach.
